Delivered solution
A React web platform on Supabase that follows the cycle Opportunity → Eligibility → Go/No-Go → Proposal → Project → Execution → Accountability, and also publishes the content of the institute's new website. In production, for the team's internal use.

- Auditable rules (what blocks a Go, how a goal is calculated) as pure functions
