Partnerships
Two ways to build with AC Alcateia.
For those who sell digital projects and need technical delivery, and for those who have a product idea and are looking for a technical partner. They are different models, handled separately.
Technical partnership for sales
You sell. AC Alcateia builds and delivers.
For agencies, design studios, consultancies, marketing professionals and sellers whose clients need websites, systems and apps, and who need reliable technical delivery.
How the partnership works
Referral
You introduce the client and AC Alcateia handles the conversation, the proposal and the delivery. Referral terms are agreed in writing beforehand.
Joint prospecting
AC Alcateia supports the proposal and the technical meetings with your client, with timeline, scope and investment estimates.
Working with agencies
Your agency keeps the client relationship and AC Alcateia handles development, delivery and support as agreed.
Business opportunities
Larger or recurring projects can be structured together, with roles and responsibilities defined in a contract.
What AC Alcateia delivers
- Technical support to put the proposal together
- Timeline, scope and investment estimates
- Project development
- Delivery and support as agreed
Technical partnership for ventures
AC Alcateia as your product's technical partner.
For those who have a digital product idea, know the market from the inside and are looking for someone to build it with them, sharing effort, decisions and risk.
What AC Alcateia brings to the table
The product, built
The Android and iOS app and the web system the idea requires, from the first version to launch.
The technical decisions
Architecture, stack and infrastructure chosen so the product can grow without being rebuilt at the first sign of success.
Launch and evolution
The product live, monitored and evolved based on real usage.
A share of the risk
AC Alcateia joins as a partner, not as a vendor: equity or revenue sharing, as agreed.
What we expect from the proposer
- A real problem that people are willing to pay to solve
- Someone who knows the market from the inside: the customer, the operation or the sales channel
- Willingness to start small: a lean first version, live, tested with real users
- Clarity about what each partner brings: time, money, network or business expertise
How we move forward
First conversation
You present the idea, the market and what you already have. If you prefer to sign a confidentiality agreement before the details, that is fine.
Evaluation
A technical and business feasibility review, and scoping the first version that already delivers value.
Partnership agreement
Equity, responsibilities and what happens if one side leaves, agreed in writing before the first line of code.
Building
Short deliveries, a published product and course corrections based on real users.
You do not need a finished document, a prototype, a registered company or cash in hand. You need an idea that solves a real problem and the willingness to run the business together.
Frequently asked questions
About partnerships
What is the difference between the two models?
In the sales partnership, you serve the client and AC Alcateia delivers the project, with a tailored quote. In the venture partnership, AC Alcateia joins as the technical partner of a product, sharing effort and results, with terms negotiated individually.
Is there a fixed commission or percentage?
No values are published. Sales partnership compensation and venture equity are reviewed and agreed case by case, in writing.
Is every venture proposal accepted?
No. Each proposal goes through a feasibility review, and AC Alcateia says clearly when an idea does not fit the model.
Can I ask for confidentiality before presenting the idea?
Yes. If you prefer, the conversation can start with a confidentiality agreement.
Let's talk
Which partnership makes sense for you?
The first conversation is free and helps both sides understand whether and how they can work together.
